At Turtle Survival Alliance (TSA), we believe that protecting turtles and tortoises requires all of us working together toward a shared goal: Zero Turtle Extinctions®.
Whether you’re a longtime supporter of just discovering our mission, becoming a TSA member is a meaningful way to help protect some of the world’s most threatened species.
And becoming a member is easy! There is no separate application or registration required. When your donations reach $50 within a 365-day period, you automatically become a TSA member.
We’ve updated our membership levels and benefits to recognize your generosity and offer more ways to stay connected to the conservation work you make possible.
How Does TSA Membership Work?
Your membership level is based on your total giving during that 365-day period.
Every gift counts. Whether you make a single donation or give throughout the year, your contributions add up toward your membership level.
For example, a recurring gift of $5 per month will qualify you for Supporter membership once your cumulative giving reaches $50. As your giving increases, you can automatically qualify for additional membership benefits.
Recurring giving makes membership even easier. Choose a monthly or annual donation that works for you and provide ongoing support for turtle conservation.
Simply donate through our website using the same email address each time so we can accurately track your contributions and recognize your membership level.

Supporter — $50

Includes all Researcher benefits, plus:
- Turtle Survival Alliance annual calendar
Defender — $500
Includes all Conservationist benefits, plus:
- Physical mailing of our Impact Report (Spring)
Guardian — $1,000
Includes all Defender benefits, plus:
- Recognition in the annual Impact Report
- Invitation to exclusive briefings with the President and CEO or other special member event
Species Protector — $5,000
Includes all Guardian benefits, plus:
- Private tour of the Turtle Survival Center, by advance arrangement
- Complimentary registration to TSA’s Annual Symposium
- Exclusive conservation update from TSA’s conservation leadership
