Ilana Miller is a lawyer based in New York City with 12+ years of experience as a business litigator and general counsel. She has represented plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes litigation and regulatory investigations, including novel constitutional claims, employment disputes, insurance matters, complex commercial claims, class actions, and consumer protection matters. Ilana has also served as in-house counsel to an international law firm, advising on a broad range of matters such as ethics and compliance, risk mitigation, HR-related issues, and contracts. Throughout her years of practice, Ilana has been actively engaged in pro bono matters, and committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Born in Toronto, Ontario, Ilana is a lifelong animal lover and outdoor enthusiast. She credits her mom with instilling in her a deep appreciation for reptiles. Ilana has countless memories of taking injured animals to wildlife sanctuaries and stopping traffic to bring turtles (and other animals) crossing the road to safety. She is thrilled to be part of the team contributing to TSA’s important conservation mission.
