    Is there potential for getting this information to an EIA board so the dam could potentially be removed because it is above the impact limit? Could you identify locations where the dam could be relocated and have minimal impact on turtle populations?

      Hi Darien.
      I think impossible, at least by now, to remove and relocate the dam, due to the economical interests involved. For me, the plausible solution is to work on mitigation actions and get companies, government and local population synchronized this actions. Like restoration of nesting sites
